Note:

  • In the event the Developer accepting this Application, the Developer shall allot Unit and issue a allotment letter accordingly, and I/We agree to pay all further installments and all monies/dues as may be stipulated in the Payment Plan annexed with this Application Form.
  • We understand that the Allotment of property will be subject to availability, as per the sanctioned plan and terms and conditions in respect thereof as applicable to the Project.
  • Any dispute with regard to application/ or allotment shall be subject to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company only.
  • Payment to be made by Demand Draft(s)/Pay Order(s)/Banker’s Cheques(s) only drawn in favour of “M/s CCPL WAVE ESTATE BLOCK _____RERA A/C” in case of Dream Homes it should be in favour of “M/s CCPL DREAM HOMES PHASE 1 PART A RERA A/C” payable at Chandigarh/New Delhi/Mohali.
  • Allotment to Resident(s) and National(s) of Indian Origin shall be subject to Laws of the Republic of India.
  • For Non Residents/Foreign Nationals of Indian Origin all remittances/ acquisition/transfer shall be in compliance with the provisions of Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999 (FEMA) or any other statutory enactments to be at their own and sole responsibility.
  • The Details of property and price etc. (as given in Annexure A, which forms integral part of this application) have been seen by me/us and accepted.
